CAS 100A for Engineers is a communication course designed to introduce Engineering students to principles of effective public speaking by applying the design and presentation of individual speeches and practicing message analysis and evaluation. The class demands intensive public presentations, with five individual and one group speeches on scientific and technology-related topics. These presentations are evaluated for the students’ mastery and application of the conceptual content, particularly for the content, organization, and delivery skills. Followed are the handout and presentation slides of my Problem-Solution talk. In this assignment, I presented a new solution for industrial pipeline cleaning and maintenance using Polymer-Nanoparticle (PNP) hydrogel.
