What makes a great after-school snack? Hummus!
Hummus is a yummy dip made of chickpeas and customized to be savory or sweet. Some examples of hummus flavors are plain hummus, chocolate hummus, peanut butter hummus, red pepper and walnut hummus. You can dip lots of different things in hummus, such as fresh fruits (like apples), tasty vegetables (like carrots, tomatoes, broccoli and cucumbers) or crunchy crab like a pretzel!
I love to dip pretzels in chocolate flavored hummus for a salty-sweet combo!
