Adults need at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise per week. This can seem very daunting to incorporate into a busy schedule between work and other responsibilities. However, this can be broken down into 30 minute sessions which feels much more manageable. It is also important to include enjoyable workouts so that getting our weekly workout does not feel tedious and monotonous. Below are a couple ideas of workouts that can be done in 30 minutes of less:
