Health Promotion and Wellness provides one-on-one wellness services for students to help cope with the stress of college life. This service provides one to three 1-hour sessions. You can choose from one of two tracks, relaxation or time management, or you can do both! It is important for you to be able to relax and not feel overwhelmed about all the various things going on in your life.
