Virtual Yoga and Meditation

Join Health Promotion and Wellness for weekly virtual yoga & meditation classes offered on Mondays and Wednesdays through the end of June. Yoga instructor, Sima Farage, RYT 200, MBA, CHC, CEE, will guide the class through a blend of yoga and meditation during each hour long class. Pre-registration is not required.
