Building a mindfulness practice during your time at Penn State is a great opportunity to develop skills and tools to help manage stress and anxiety while simultaneously becoming increasingly aware of your own patterns, habits and preferences.  Below are resources to help get you started on your journey.

Virtual Yoga and Meditation

Join Health Promotion and Wellness for weekly virtual yoga & meditation classes offered on Mondays and Wednesdays through the end of June. Yoga instructor, Sima Farage, RYT 200, MBA, CHC, CEE, will guide the class through a blend of yoga and meditation during each hour long class. Pre-registration is not required.
