An energizing breakfast to keep you going all morning long!

Ingredients:
- ½ c oats (rolled or quick oats)
- 1 c water or milk
- Cinnamon, to taste
- Option 1: Sliced Bananas and Peanut Butter
- Option 2: Blueberries and Walnuts
- Option 3: Apples and Pecans
- Option 4: Walnuts and Maple Syrup
Directions:
- Add oats to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add just enough water to cover oats in the bowl (for creamier oats, use mixture of water and milk – use more water than milk).
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Add toppings as desired, like maple syrup to option 2.
- For Option 3, baking the apples at 400℉ with some honey and cinnamon make this version extra tasty!
