COACHING TODAY is a very dynamic and ever changing challenge in LEADERSHIP

IN our coaching course at Penn State University we attempt to have the students observe, question and study current coaches while examining their own backgrounds to develop a set of principles to handle today’s coaching issues.  WE want to expose both students and coaches to realities of today’s coaching profession and the challenges of the 21″ century coach.

The following sections are examples of various ways to deal with those realities and hopefully encourage and empower the student-coach-athlete to be an active participant in the process.
