THIS IS IT. This is the moment we have been waiting for- the number one show on my list. It’s (drumroll please…) Friends!!! This show is an absolute classic for so many people; it makes you laugh, makes you cry, makes you want to re-watch the entire series once you finish it… Friends is a sitcom that started in the 1990s featuring six best friends in New York City and their various adventures and troubles. Monica, Chandler, Rachel, Ross, Phoebe, and Joey each have their own unique characteristics and are all lovable in their own way. I think we can all relate to all of these characters at one point or another, but we also get to laugh at some of the ridiculous situations they find themselves in. As with any good show, there is plenty of relationship drama, and everyone has their favorite couple (although if yours isn’t Rachel and Ross or Monica and Chandler you’re probably wrong).

What I LOVE about Friends is that it is a show that I truly never get sick of- I have seen every episode twice, and a good portion of them three times or even more. The creators of the show throw in so many funny subtleties so you catch something new every time. There are so many funny moments and catch phrases that any fan of the show is sure to understand- some of the general favorites include “We were on a break!” “How you doin’?” and “I know!” I find myself quoting Friends way more often than is probably healthy, but what can I say? It really is the best! What is also nice is that the episodes are short (only about 20 minutes each if you watch them without commercials on Netflix). It makes for a nice quick mood-booster or a small break from stress. Friends is also great to watch because while there is still drama, it is light-hearted and eventually is somehow turned into something funny. It never fails to put me in a good mood.

So…. Normally this is the part of my blog where I talk about what I did not like about the show. But to be completely honest, I really have nothing negative to say about Friends. In my *professional* opinion, it truly is the best show ever.

If you are interested in watching the BEST SHOW EVER (and I mean, who isn’t), then I highly recommend watching Friends.
