Hannah and Emily, Day 11

Somehow, this morning was our final day in the program.  We headed downstairs for one final buffet breakfast before heading out for the Archipelagos.

From the hotel, we took a couple of buses and the ferry to the Archipelago.  The weather was absolutely beautiful, so even waiting for the bus was enjoyable.  The ferry ride also provided some terrific views of the clear, blue ocean.

Once we were on the island, we found a rocky section that provided a great vista, as well as a nice sandy section for lounging.

We then found a little restaurant to eat lunch in.  Emily and Sara both got fish and chips, while the rest of our group sampled the thin crust pizzas.  After lunch, we returned back to our hotel, where we concluded our program.

It’s hard to believe that eleven days in Sweden came and went, but we are both incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn about health policy administration and human resource management in such a beautiful country.  We both made some tremendous friendships, and we are already looking forward to our reunion in the fall.  And, of course, the dynamic roomie duo will continue to be great friends thanks to Sweden!

Signing off for the last time with some watery eyes
