I am a PhD student in Pennsylvania State University advised by Dr. Mahmut Taylan Kandemir. My research areas include:

1. Improving Drug Discovery applications with guiding of Machine Learning approaches in 3D Image Processing and Graph Convolutional Neural Networks.
2. Machine Learning based acceleration for the applications in the area of Image Processing, Drug Discovery and Cell Tracking.
3. Approximate Computing with Programming Language support.
4. Computer Architecture: GPU Architecture and Multi-Dimentional Memory.
5. Bioinfomatics.
