This symposium features the research of Yale’s Dr. Nicole Deziel on the carcinogenic nature of the chemicals used in the fracking industry, Johns Hopkins’ Dr. Brian Schwartz on the epidemiological data on asthma and fracking drill sites and PSR’s own, Dr. Pouné Sabieri’s research on methane gas from the fracking industry and its impact on human health, especially as it relates to global climate disruption.
