Senior Consultant for Educational Innovation, Regional Medical Campus
Dr. Dan Wolpaw is a General Internist with a career focus on medical education and the humanities in Medicine. He currently serves as Senior Consultant for Educational Innovation at the Regional Medical Campus, and Co-Director of the Junior Faculty Development Program. In the College of Medicine he has developed and directs a third year Humanities course, co-directs the new Systems Navigation Curriculum, and has developed and co-directs a new course in Critical Thinking. His areas of interest include curriculum development, critical and systems thinking, adaptive expertise, professional identify formation, and the use of literature to encourage mindfulness and humanistic care.
