Access Conference Sessions
The instructions for conference session access can be found in the email with the subject line “Conference Program and Zoom Instructions – ICAE PSU Altoona”, sent to participants around August 20.
Session Guidelines
Presentation Duration
Each presentation is suggested to last 20 minutes, including the author(s) presentation and the ensuing Q&A session. However, participants may establish alternative time arrangements for their session if all parties agree. Session breakout rooms will remain accessible for at least one hour beyond the scheduled session end time.
Session Chair Assignment
Typically, the last presenter will serve as the chair for each session. Information about session chairs can also be found in the title of each session.
If the assigned session chair cannot preside over the session, the presenter who precedes the session chair in presentations will chair it.
Discussant Assignment
In the discussant section of each session, each participant’s name is preceded by a number. The number indicates the paper in this session that the participant is assigned to provide some prepared comments.
Other participants are encouraged to comment on the paper as well.
Use of Slides
All presentations by authors shall be done with slides.

All times listed in the program and on the conference website are in Eastern Time (New York).
