Hong-En Chen
Hong-EnHong-En Chen is a PhD student in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Human Factors and Ergonomics. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. At UW-Madison, Hong-En researched therapeutic drugs that target cancer stem cells, as well as materials for renewable energy applications.

Shantanab Dinda
ShantanabShantanab  is currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Thesis Track) in Industrial Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University. His field of interest in IE is manufacturing, with a focus on Additive Manufacturing. He is working as a research assistant at the Engineering Design and Optimization lab on education and assessment tools in additive manufacturing, creating a software and mobile app for gauging manufacturability of parts via 3D printing. Connor Jennings

Bárbara Venegas

Barbara cover photoBárbara Venegas is a Ph.D. student and Fulbright scholar at the Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Department. Her current main research interests are supply chain engineering and logistics, but she has also worked in healthcare applications and financial engineering projects.
