Submissions are welcome for:

  • an organized session with 3 or 4 presentations (virtual or in-person presentations);
  • a tutorial presentation;
  • a single virtual or in-person presentation.

An abstract of a maximum of 2000 characters not containing formulas, references, or abbreviations is required for each presentation (single presentation, tutorial, or part of an organized session). Virtual presentations will be scheduled for the Friday morning session and will be conducted on Zoom. There will be a limited number of virtual presentation sessions and they are assigned on a “first come, first serve” basis. Virtual presentations are also eligible for the special Networks issue of the conference. All abstracts should be submitted through the online submission system:

Post-Conference Publications

Special Issue: Special issue of Networks Journal for the 16th INFORMS Telecommunications and Network Analytics Conference

Submission Deadline: July 31, 2024

In addition, Journal of ICT Standardization (River Publishers) will publish a special issue featuring select papers from the conference after the review process. Papers focusing on wireless technologies will be given expedited review and preference for the International Journal of Mobile Network Design and Innovation (Inderscience Publishing)
