Objective I. Develop and validate a research model based on the Transformative Learning Theory (TLT) to explain transformations in students’ mindset toward innovation.
Objective II. Examine competition types and attributes that make the most impact on students’ transformative experiences and fostering an innovation mindset.
Objective III. Investigate diverse groups of students’ motivations for participating in ICCs.
