Hey y’all! Welcome to my blog!
I’m a freshman at Penn State University studying mathematics and minoring in music studies. I’m originally from Jefferson, a one-stoplight town in Frederick County, Maryland. Growing up playing soccer and piano, I developed a love for pushing people around (only on the field, I swear!) and listening to classical music. I hope to persuade you that classical music isn’t as boring as it seems – you just might be rocking out to the cannon drums of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture before long!
Other fun facts about me:
- My absolute favorite food is sushi. Any other sushi lovers out there?
- I have a very cute dog named Laycie who I miss very much now that I’m at college. Here she is:
- I turn up my country music loud enough where I can’t hear people complain about it.
- I am a nerd (if you couldn’t tell by the math major and classical music), but I have never been ashamed by it. I think that anyone who has a passion is a nerd, and that’s completely fine. Embrace what you love, and don’t let others shame you for it!
Enjoy the blog!
