Thomas J. Arkell is a partner with Dunn Law Firm, LLP, which was founded in 1915. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Notre Dame where he was an international student before becoming a permanent resident and then a U.S. citizen. Mr. Arkell has successfully filed green card applications on behalf of thousands of researchers, scientists, and professors throughout the United States. Mr. Arkell is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
