Submit a nomination for one or more student(s) who perpetuate the values of Penn State and the College of IST through their commitment to academics, research, mentorship, and leadership. Nominated students should be admitted as an INFST pre-major or declared a major in the College of IST at University Park. Expected participation in the program is a minimum of one year.
Students can be nominated by faculty and staff at any time. The program advisors will reach out to all qualified candidates to request they accept their nomination by completing the application form. Students are also welcome to apply directly.
The open application and nomination process is advertised near the mid-point of each semester. Through this process, the organization seeks a diverse pool of candidates to represent the college’s many majors and student identity groups.
