Hello, my name is Ivan Gressley and I live in a town outside of Erie, Pennsylvania called Albion. I grew up in Pennsylvania, have gravitated to the Midwest, and I am now back in my natural habitat of Albion. I am pursuing an accounting degree currently, but that is not definite. I already have a degree from Penn State in communications, but I wanted to expand my horizons and gain business knowledge. I like to travel and believe that an accounting degree will make me more marketable as I explore the world. Personally, I enjoy taking photos mostly as a hobby. Recently, some people have asked me to take family and senior photos, so I might have stumbled into a side business. I would post some pictures of people but I don’t have their written permission, so here is some wildlife at La Jolla Cove in California.

I am taking MIS 204 because it is a required course for my degree, but I am interested in the class because some of my friends have MIS degrees. Who knows, maybe I will want to pursue a MIS degree after taking this course. To be honest, I have zero experience with information systems, but I like the idea of making projects and companies run more efficiently. I am looking forward to an interesting and fun semester of classes.
