Former Student Honored with Service Award

Reid Ritchey, president of Ritchey’s Dairy in Martinsburg, Pennsylvania, received the Central Pennsylvania Philanthropy Award, presented annually by the Central Pennsylvania Community Foundation. The award is presented to someone who “has generously given of his or her resources to help better lives and build stronger communities.”

Ritchey graduated from Morrisons Cove High School in 1952 and attended Penn State Altoona for two years. He has supported area agricultural organizations, served on several boards, and supported local non-profits and youth sports teams.
