Penn State Altoona Alumni Selected as “20 under 40” Recipients

Four former Penn State Altoona students were recognized by the Altoona Mirror’s “20 under 40” program this year:

  • Karen J. Beauchamp ’03, marketing director, Stuckey Automotive
  • Shawn D. Cerully ’08, special projects coordinator, Appalachia Intermediate Unit 08
  • Katrina J. Pope ’10, director of community relations and events, Hollidaysburg Borough
  • Michael A. Sassano ’12, community liaison, Family Hospice (UPMC)

Since 2007, “20 under 40” has recognized young professionals in the community who have exemplified business success, entrepreneurial spirit, and community service.
