Tracy P. Hinish, Ph.D., ’83, ’89g, of Duncansville, Pennsylvania, was recognized by the Women’s Caucus of the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators with the 2019 Margaret Smith Leadership Award. The award is given to a female administrator who has demonstrated proven leadership in education.

Thomas R. “Tom” Seasoltz ’10, of Altoona, has been named chief financial officer of Altoona Blair County Development (ABCD) Corporation.
