2.3 Synthesis

The finale, the work that has taken weeks in order to get done, has finally been finished! I had a lot of trouble trying to get my ideas from my concepts and plans into my page with intentions, but most of them, since they are concepts and “sketches”, had been scrapped off the page and replaced with other ideas that I believed is fitting for my poem. I had used Animista for the animations of any objects that I considered that would fit in the theme of my background and poem. Animista’s code has some serious problems that require you to go into the code and figure out what is the problem with it, but they aren’t too long to fix.

Our collaborative plans didn’t go off correctly at the start as all collaborative projects don’t, but we were really quick to figure out what we should do in order to bring a collaborative piece that fits together in all places. We had considered a linear or a nonlinear narrative and ultimately decided on something that’s a mix of both categories. All in all, while it was a very long project, I had a lot of fun designing my page with so many goofy things that could put someone’s focus from one place to another. While it is space, I do believe that it’s full of mystery that have you questioning; “what on earth is going on?”
