It’s a new week, 2 weeks before the end of the semester in fact. And honestly, time went by too quickly. Thinking back at all the things I’ve done in my art classes, they helped me teach myself how to study on my own, research things on my own, and become a bit more confident in myself.

 

So now begins the time to create my art portfolio. Below are screenshots of what I have so far, using a website called carrd.co. From my research that I made on the site, it is a one-page site portfolio that’s free, and very helpful for a portfolio builder. There’s not that many options for the templates that they have, but the creation process is what makes the site even more unique. There are so many customization options that I like about the site, that it outshines all of the other portfolio sites that I’ve seen. And it has some other options that can be unlocked for paying a plan that’s only 19 a year!

 

And the Peachdelta portfolio is an example of what you can do.

 

Sadly, I still haven’t learned how to stop the struggle of talking about my work. I keep sounding so generic, that everything that I think about speaking on my work makes my subconscious punch me in disappointment. I’m going to research how to stop this struggle.
