I have always been a fan of Nexxus hair products. They are easy to find, affordable, and provide salon quality results. I have used Nexxus shampoos, conditioners, and hair sprays my entire life and I think that they leave hair feeling and looking great.
I always really liked their conditioner called Humectress. I use it when my hair is feeling excessively dry because it gives hair a good, deep conditioning. Humectress has key ingredients to help hair stay healthy and beautiful including; Vitamin E, Coconut Oil, and Honey Extract. Humectress is a very thick conditioner and leaves hair feeling soft and rejuvenated.
Recently, I found a product at CVS called Humectress deep conditioning treatment. Immediately I was interested because of the great experience I have already had with traditional Humectress conditioner. The product was $14.99 and I decided to give it a try. It is easy to use and is applied after shampooing. The instructions say to leave it on for about 5-10 minutes but I left it on for about 30 minutes. Even when my hair was still wet I could feel a difference. My hair felt stronger and healthier.
This product contains Avocado and Honey extracts which replenish vital moisture to hair’s follicle. This product is ideal for dry or damaged hair because it is able to repair damage done by heat and other factors. The Humectress deep conditioning treatment is light enough to be used 2-3 times a week. As the product is used more and more use can go down to 1 time a week because hair will be overall healthier. This product can be found in many places such as CVS, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, and any store or salon that carries Nexxus products.
Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who uses heat to style hair. It is great because it repairs damage already done and actually strengthens the hair follicle to prevent future damage.

Wow, I’ve never actually used Nexxus brand products but this sounds like a great product. I usually don’t use heat to style, I’m more of a wash and go kind of person. Really I’m just too lazy to spend the time blow drying and straightening my hair. Although I did have to do that when I had my tips dyed and that was a pain. But this would have been great then because my ends were so dry and brittle from the bleach. Maybe if I dye it again I’ll give this a try because I hated the dryness.
