I felt that Project 4 was our most creative project in the sense that we were not necessarily making something based off of anything else. Project 1 we created logos based off of us, Project 2, and 3 were built around objects that we either scanned or tried to replicate in a 3D modeler, but Project 4 had no direction that we had to try and follow, and I really enjoyed that. I ended up creating what looks like some sort of alien hieroglyphic, or some sort of space station on another planet and I really like it. I chose to incorporate each of the parametric functions we learned to use during the exercises of this project and I think they gave me some unique shapes that add a lot of variety to my mold. I knew I wanted to see some sort verticle stepping or changes in my piece and I am glad I was able to find some ways, using loft and sweep, to do that. There is good variation in all directions (z, y, z) that gives a sort of funky motion to the whole form.
