With data relevance understanding what date is necessary is important and for data sourcing is to gain the information from where the date is from. Then there is data quantity and quality. This is establishing how much date is needed and to how will the data be assessed and maintained. Lastly there is data hosting and data governance. This is very important as housing physical date and proof of ownership is important. With this governance is to set rules and processes in place as needed to resolve problems or make necessary changes.
