Professional Experiences

A crucial part of my education in the College Student Affairs program was the opportunity to work in the field as a graduate assistant and intern.  These experiences provided the  opportunity to put theory to practice and watch student learning and development come to life.  Experiential learning allowed me to integrate my rich prior educational knowledge and experiences with new information and situations to create new meaning. The opportunity to apply my learning and use theory and developing skills to solve problems in the field enabled me to develop the skills and competencies necessary for a successful entry into the profession.

The links below provide a view into the mirrors of my reflections on these experiences.
