Despite having to wait an hour to get started, Alyssa powered through her exam and impressed her committee! We are so proud of her and all of her hard work, and we are excited to see where her project goes from here. Congratulations Alyssa and job well done!

This fall the Brown lab added two new students, Davina and Jasmin, and also welcomed Allison to her first semester of in-person lab work. We’re excited for everyone to start on their projects and learn new skills!
Last Thursday, June 24th, Gabi passed her qualifying exam and became an official PhD candidate! We are so proud of her for all of her hard work and knew she could do it!
