Hello Katie,
My name is Douglas and I’m a freelance scenic designer. I think the breakdown is great and shows how actors progress on and off throughout the show but… I think that is more helpful for the costume designer. You may want to also add a column as to what the mood and needs of those scenes are too. I can’t wait to see the model, but I’m also interested in seeing how you imagine these scenes are played out. For example how is Bobby’s fall staged? What are the needs for that to happen? When they kidnap Hope what is needed to restrain her, what might that want to look like? When a breakdown is done well it can guide and influence your sketching and brainstorming along with good research which can act like a guide through out the process. If this weren’t a unit set you’d need to also take into consideration the shift plot as well when we go from scene to scene. What goes off, and what comes on when.
