I just finished an odd, compelling, but ultimately slightly unsatisfying book called I am Radar by Reif Larsen. I was hoping for a bit more sci-fi, and what I got was a postmodern Tolstoy, but sometimes that’s what happens when you randomly grab an armload of books from a convenient library shelf. It’s always an adventure. If you’re interested, the NY Times has a good synopsis and review.
