The Knowledge Commons IT Service Desk

The Knowledge Commons IT Service Desk is a technology support center for students, faculty, staff, and retirees located in the Knowledge Commons of the Pattee Library.

 

At the service desk you can receive assistance with your computer questions; connecting your laptop, tablet, and other mobile devices to the Penn State wireless Internet; virus/spyware detection and removal; email support; hardware diagnostics & repair; operating systems reformatting and upgrades; and data transfer and backup.

Operating Hours:

Sunday: 10AM – 12AM

Monday – Thursday: 8AM – 12AM

Friday: 8AM – 6PM

Saturday: 10AM – 6PM
