Your outline has a lot of energy, which is good for your presentation. That energy will make it really interesting and engaging. It does seem to cover a lot of the same areas as your paper but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. You include a lot of graphs and images that bring something new to the table. I would maybe find another angle to take on this, but your presentation should be long enough anyways. There’s a lot here so you could cut probably cut some out if necessary and go into more detail on the parts that would be “new” to the audience.
