I receive a number of inquiries about available research positions every week. I am always looking for new PhD students and I usually admit 1 or 2 students every year, depending on funding availability and other criteria. These positions are very competitive. In general, I cannot provide any information or properly evaluate your credentials without your official application though the Penn State Graduate School. The application package involves a variety of items that cannot be covered by a short CV/email. If you are interested in joining the group please apply on time, considering the relevant deadlines.
