Gift Giving for Membership Appreciation and Membership Drive

KSEA Central PA chapter is holding a gift giving event for membership appreciation and membership drive with limited chances at 9:00 pm on Sunday, the 4th of October, 2015, in order to 1) appreciate current chapter members who have joined or renewed their membership “since 5/1/2015” not only in State College but also outside of State College and 2) encourage non-members to join a KSEA membership.  We are going to give three (Amazon) gift cards to three recipients in terms of the following rules.  Feel free to ask any questions: ksea.centralpa@gmail.com.

1. The first person who submitted an event form after the form is available online. 
2. The seventh person who submitted an event form after the form is available online.
3. One random person who submitted an event form except the first person and the seventh person. 

Eligibility

To apply for this gift giving event, you must meet all of the following requirements:
– You must be a member of KSEA Central PA chapter for the current term who has joined or renewed their KSEA membership “since 5/1/2015”.
– You must be NOT one of the recipients of a (Amazon) gift card in the previous event of 2015 Fall Membership Drive & Mentoring Program.

How to Apply

1. Be a member of KSEA Central PA chapter: https://sites.psu.edu/ksea/how-to-joinrenew-a-ksea-membership/
2. Get a membership fee reimbursement if you are eligible: https://sites.psu.edu/ksea/ksea-membership-fee-reimbursement-application-form/ 
3. Fill out an event form that includes KSEA ID, Your name, email address, and membership type (regular, graduate, undergraduate).
4. Submit the event form to be a potential recipient: The form is available since 9:00 pm on Sunday, the 4th of October, 2015 at the bottom of this page.
5. The event form is closed at 9:00 pm on Sunday, the 18th of October, 2015.
