KSEA Central Pennsylvania Chapter recruited five new officers for both regular and YG chapters through new officer recruiting. New officer recruiting has been carried out since September 16th till the middle of November in this semester, in order to fill immediately available positions for the current 2015-2016 term and officer positions for the 2016-2017 academic year. As a result, out of ten applicants, nine officers are appointed to officer positions based on their individual preference and statements in their application.
Four existing officers re-applied for officer positions for the 2016-2017 term, and all were elected with the following title, respectively:
- External Vice President (Regular) – Eun-Kyeong Kim, Ph.D. Student in Geography;
- Internal Vice President (Regular) – Danielle Jin-Kwang Kim, Ph.D. Student in Physiology;
- Treasurer (Regular), Treasurer (YG) – Sang Jin Kweon, Ph.D. Student in Industrial Engineering;
- Secretary (Regular) – Chul Shin, Undergraduate Student in Energy Business and Finance and Geography.
Five new officers were elected for positions available for the current term and/or 2016-2017 term with the following title, respectively:
- Promotional Director (Regular) for 2015-2016 & 2016-2017 – Ghanghoon Paik, Ph.D. Student in Aerospace Engineering;
- Event Director (Regular) for 2015-2016 – Jeung Hun Lee, Undergraduate Student in Mechanical Engineering;
- Event Director (Regular) for 2016-2017 – Keunhyoung Park, Ph.D. Student in Civil Engineering;
- Promotional Director (YG) for 2015-2016 & 2016-2017 – Saerom Kim, Undergraduate Student in Statistics;
- Event Director (YG) for 2015-2016 & 2016-2017 – Seongyon Lee, Undergraduate Student in Mechanical Engineering.
