Changing the Future

Changing the Future (CTF) is a leadership development program in collaboration with Next Level, a women-owned company with a 30 year tenure in advancing women leaders in academia. CTF’s aim is to engage faculty in a network of like-minded and passionate peers dedicated to equitable leadership and to promote effective leadership competencies to prepare them for leadership success.

Lunch with LEAADS

Lunch with LEAADS is a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiative. The series will provide opportunities for peer mentoring, community building, and leadership development that center on women’s experiences and contribute to their career advancement. Lunch with LEAADS is hosted by Senior Faculty Mentors in the Office of the Vice Provost for Educational Equity and co-sponsored by the President’s Council for Women.

CTF Cohort 2023 to Launch!

LEAADS is launching our 4th cohort of Changing the Future in October 2023. Twenty-five faculty will spend six months embedded in success circles and developing their leadership skill, joining a university-wide network of CTF alumni.

Lunch with LEAADS

Faculty are invited to Lunch with LEEADS, a new university-wide series that will focus on the experiences of women in higher education. The series  is hosted by Senior Faculty Mentors, Office of the Vice Provost for Educational Equity and co-sponsored by the President’s Council for Women.  The inaugural event is October 19th, noon – 1:15 and is open to the Penn State community.
