Artificial Intelligence | Lesson 3.1
Data and AI Readiness
Bringing an AI project to life requires three main ingredients:
- ML model
- Data
- People
While choosing a good ML model is a task for the technical team, your responsibility is to define your problem and your expectations of the model’s output, recruit the technical team, and craft a data strategy so they can start to work and monitor the progress. This section focuses on finding and managing data and how to analyze the data to make sure of its quality.
In the video below Daren Coudriet, Executive Director for the Nittany AI Alliance and the Executive Director of Innovation for Penn State Outreach, is interviewed by Sandra Allain, Director of Law, Policy, and Engineering at Penn State.
