Child Abuse Training Reminders
Everyone should have received an e-mail by now from Skillsoft, the organization that is partnering with Penn State’s Center for Workplace Learning and Performance to provide the on-line Reporting Child Abuse training. The e-mail appears in your Inbox as from “No Reply” with the subject “Welcome to Online Learning!”, so please don’t overlook it or assume that this is junk. If you have not received an e-mail, you may want to check your Junk or Spam folder.
The e-mail gives you your user i.d. and password to access the Skillsoft training platform. Please note that the password is not the same as your access i.d. password. After your first log in, you’ll be prompted to change the password.
The system is extremely busy right now with everyone employed by the University potentially trying to access it. It may take a few days for the traffic to settle down. There is no urgency to complete the on-line training immediately.
If you haven’t received your e-mail from Skillsoft, please contact our office so we can make sure you do.
