For the entire month of August, UPLEA will be holding a pet supplies drive for Pets Come First. In 2013, year to date, PCF has found homes for 240 animals and has spayed or neutered almost 500 cats. Pets Come First is run almost entirely by volunteers and through donations of money and supplies.
