In addition to opening a service desk ticket with I-Tech, Zoom questions or concerns can also be addressed with the Live Chat feature from Zoom support.

If you ever need to chat live, just go to conferencing.psu.edu/get-support/ and click on Chat Live on the right side of the page.

I have personally used it and the customer service has been excellent.
