Academic Leadership Council/Strategic Opportunities
In late summer the new Provost asked all deans and chancellors to prepare “1-minute” talks on key strategic opportunities for their units in the next five years. (We have one in here.) These might be especially useful in thinking about challenges and factors driving change. At the very least it is useful to know what other colleges and campuses are thinking.
