2008 – 2013 Strategic Plan

  • To support the needs of Penn State, we cannot afford simply to respond to change; we must create it within our organization and enable it within Penn State so that we can continue to grow as a student-centered research university. The priorities outlined in this plan will demand that the Libraries take risks and position itself to adapt quickly to new program needs. The employees of the Libraries are our most important resource, and we will invest in them through continued training and development programs.
