Let’s all take a collective breath as we wrap up the fall semester and stare those finals in the eye. To help out, the University Libraries has collected a few ways to help you slow your breathing, lower that heart rate, and maybe pick up a new hobby! Or maybe you need to just listen to a thunderstorm for 8 hours straight. Check out our curated list!

 

Have you always wanted to crochet but never took the time? Check out this easy tutorial for absolute beginners. In only 8 minutes, get the basics of everything you need to know. If you start now, you could have a blanket finished by October. Or at least a scarf.
