Hi readers,
The topic of today is accomplishment and what I have done and what I hope to see happen in the future. My accomplishments so far this semester has been more of what I have achieved so far in more of a supervisory role. I am supporting the other leaders in Alpha Phi Omega now and providing what input I can. I have learned about how to let people in leadership positions lead and grow because I won’t be around forever and I have to just trust our leaders. I look forward to planning larger scale projects like a beach service trip that I have wanted to plan for a long time now.
