2019 LionPulse Grant Funding
Thanks to funding from LionPulse,the DuBois campus is able to incorporate Mind, Body, and Spirit classes for students and staff. This ten-week evidenced-based mini-series was designed to provide information on health and wellness while also providing engaging activities and thought-provoking tasks with the ultimate goal of educating others on how to obtain balance in life.
Each week a presenter will present information on a health and wellness topic, a yoga session will be completed and a nutrition session/healthy snack will be provided. The program will officially begin on February 4th and will run through April 19, 2019. Sessions will occur every Monday during common hour and last approximately 1 hour. To learn more, see below.
Mindy, Body, and Spirit: Finding Balance in Life is a ten week program designed to provide information on health and wellness through engaging activities and thought-provoking tasks. The series will be held on Tuesdays from 12:15-1:15pm in room 204 DEF starting on February 5th. Attendance is welcome at one or all sessions.
