Everyone struggles with mental health coping mechanisms at various points of their lives. Penn State students have an average of 8.9 bad mental health days per month. Work and home stress were the top two reasons why Penn State students reported poor mental health days.

Additionally, depression is a serious concern that is often undermined. Depression can affect happiness and job performance. Helping one another cope is extremely important and can make or break a student or employee’s success at Penn State. Here are some initiatives to help Penn Stater’s stress less and find the help and relief that they deserve.
