Physical Activity

Physical activity was voted the number one dimension of wellness that Penn Staters were interested in and is a key player in an individual’s overall health. However, employees and students find that physical activity isn’t always easy to achieve, with affordability, lack of time and knowledge being major barriers to achieving the recommended 60 minutes per day. Here are some initiatives that can be implemented to help individuals keep active.
