What it Means to Live Well

Our Mission

As ambassadors and leaders our mission in living well encompasses various pillars of health that lead to balanced, productive and successful outcomes for our campus community. Live well works to:

  • Increase awareness about the connection between health and wellness and personal achievements/outcomes.

  • Promote and live positive toward healthy habits, attitudes and behaviors as it relates to physical and mental health.

  • Educate the campus community about balanced healthy behaviors that include, but are not limited to, physical exercise, nutrition, stress management, sleep, personal wellness and much more.

  • Promote and host health and wellness events on campus and virtually that impact the various pillars of health.
